The People Team is, for now, small but one that has the greatest impact on the growth of the company, working together with all the business areas of Rebellion Pay. We are looking for a rebellious Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us detect the most talented rebels in the world.
You will be working from our HQ in Madrid, but your impact will be international - not only looking for international people to join us in Spain but also working with our second office in Vilnius (Lithuania), reporting to our People Manager.
You will own the entire recruiting life cycle by managing like an easy-breezy our ATS, having a clear and constant communication with the Hiring Managers of each area to understand their needs, but also guide and advise them by using your market/profiles knowledge, prepare attractive and informative job descriptions/posts, inbound and outbound recruitment, interviews and provide to Hiring Managers a good feedback, and support the Hiring Manager and candidate till the end of the process. But this is not all, you will work with the People Manager in the optimization of our candidate experience, in new platforms/tools to find the best talent, and relationship with Universities.
